From the process design and development of the department, to the management and emergency management of the production department, to the customer feedback after delivery and payment, the labels and requirements of each link are introduced in detail to ensure that each department clearly defines and performs its own responsibilities. At the same time, from the orientation of the entire support process, the responsibilities and standards of each management department were introduced, from the management of the company's human resources department, infrastructure management, monitoring and measuring equipment management, warehouse management and other management departments.
